A beautifully restored 1949 Chevy pickup carrying a hand-built wood-fired oven. This truck is the original — a rolling piece of American history serving fresh Neapolitan pies at your event.

A 1970 Chevy with the same wood-fired soul. Sleek, bold, and ready for larger events. Both trucks are available — book one or both depending on your guest count and venue.

Please provide us several weeks notice to hold your date. If we need to cancel due to weather, the truck can be rescheduled to a new date.
Minimums & Pricing
Friday or Saturday evenings and all-day Sundays require a minimum of 76–100 guests price point. A 15% service fee is applied to the total order. 25+50
